In the past, when you purchased your BizGift package, you had limited options when it came to checking out with a required 20% of your Total Gift Value Gift Deposit due at checkout. This would be to ensure your cards would have funds available to be Activated upon receiving them in the mail. Now, we've made it even easier for you to manage your costs and maintain your cash flow with our Flexible Deposit feature.

Now, when it comes to checkout, you have the power to decide how much of a deposit you want to put down! Whether you select our Starter package of 50 cards, our Premium package of 100 cards, or our Elite package of 250 cards, you still have the freedom to choose the value you want to put on each card. This makes it easier for you to order your lower-value intro cards while also ordering your higher-value thank-you cards and closing gifts at the same time.
For example, as seen below, you can order 40 cards with a $20 value and 10 cards with a $100 value without paying 20% of your Total Gift Value of $1,800! Rather, you can place any dollar or percentage Gift Deposit at checkout or buy today and only pay for the cost of the cards, choosing to place a Deposit at a later date.
Here's how it works. You can choose to pay just for the cards initially and add funds to your deposit later. Alternatively, you can decide to put down a Gift Deposit at checkout. Here's the best part - the Gift Deposit can be any percentage you want or any flat dollar amount that suits your budget!
For example, you could choose to put down a 10% deposit or perhaps a flat dollar value of $100. It's completely up to you! This new feature offers flexibility that allows you to manage your investment in line with your planning.
With your Payments and Deposits Dashboard, you can effectively control and monitor the funds available to allow your cards to be activated for redemption. Set reminders to be notified when your deposit drops below a certain dollar amount and set up auto-funding in your account! We will also send email notifications and updates on your Activations, Redemptions, and Deposits.
